Cookie Policy
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help websites function properly and provide information to the site owners for analytics and marketing. We also use localStorage, a browser-based storage mechanism, to remember your consent preference and track attribution data.
Cookie categories
- Strictly Necessary: Required for basic site functionality, security, and form protection. These load without requiring consent.
- Analytics & Performance: Help us understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it. These only load after you accept cookies.
- Marketing & Sales Intelligence: Used to identify companies visiting our site and support sales outreach. These only load after you accept cookies.
What we use and when it loads
Always active (strictly necessary):
- Google reCAPTCHA v3 — Invisible bot protection for our contact forms. Sets the
_GRECAPTCHAcookie. Required to prevent spam submissions. Google Privacy Policy - UTM and attribution tracking — Captures URL parameters (utm_source, utm_medium, gclid, etc.) and stores them in your browser's localStorage only. No cookies are set, no data is sent to third parties, and no external scripts are loaded.
- Consent preference — Your accept/decline choice is stored in localStorage so we don't ask again on every visit.
Loads only after you accept cookies:
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4) — Tracks page views, scroll depth, section visibility, and form engagement. Sets cookies including
_gaand_ga_*. Google Privacy Policy - LinkedIn Insight Tag — Measures conversions from LinkedIn campaigns and provides demographic insights about site visitors. Sets the
li_sugr,bcookie, andlidccookies. LinkedIn Privacy Policy - SalesLoft Scout — Identifies companies visiting our site to support B2B sales outreach. SalesLoft Privacy Policy
- Engagement tracking — Custom scroll depth, section visibility, and form-open events sent to Google Analytics. Only fires when GA4 is active (i.e., after consent).
What happens when you decline
If you click "Decline" on our cookie banner, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Insight, SalesLoft Scout, and engagement tracking will not load. Only reCAPTCHA (for form security) and localStorage-based attribution will remain active. Your decline preference is stored in localStorage so we remember your choice.
Your rights and choices
- EU/UK Visitors: We require your explicit consent for non-essential cookies in compliance with the GDPR and ePrivacy Directive. You can update your preferences at any time by clearing your browser's localStorage for this site.
- Canadian Visitors: Under PIPEDA, we use implied consent for essential cookies and request your consent for others.
- U.S. Visitors: We comply with applicable state laws (e.g., California's CCPA) and provide opt-out options for certain data uses.
You can manage or disable cookies through:
- Our cookie consent banner (shown on your first visit)
- Your browser settings
- Tools like YourAdChoices or the Network Advertising Initiative
Cookie retention
- Session cookies expire when you close your browser.
- Persistent cookies remain until deleted or expire, generally within 24 months.
- localStorage data persists until you clear your browser data.
Updates to this policy
We may update this Cookie Policy periodically. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised date. For significant changes, we'll ask for consent again where required.
